You want some infos on aerodynamics Bryan ? Well here the rocket applies a force to the plane, but since the center of mass and center of lift are offset and the plane is attached the rocket obviously, that thrust will apply a sort of circular motion to the plane.

The plane didn't work when the rocket was on top because the rocket was overlapping with the glider thingy so it tilted it forward
